vanilla coke zero - 0 points

10:00 am
block Godiva chocolate - 1.5 points (I know, I'm supposed to round up, but I really really don't want to! LOL)

Just had lunch but didn't get the points :( This wasn't a well thought out lunch, it was what was available quickly this morning.

11:30 am
1/2 c Velvetta shells and cheese
tortilla chips (I know 14 is a serviing, but I didn't have that many and didn't eat them all)
salsa - 0 points

vanilla coke zero - 0 points - (I was going to drink water with lunch, but forgot my water bottle)

2:30 pm
The rest of the chips and salsa from lunch.
Block of Godiva chocolate - 1.5 points

had to throw in some gum to keep my mouth busy! :)

I didn't really plan well for dinner! I ended up at a basketball game, so no home cooked meal.

5:30 pm "dinner"
3/4 of a "sports" pretzel with nacho cheese sauce
1/2 bottle orange crush

8:00 pm
mini reese's peanut butter cup DQ blizzrd

no exercise

day one - not a complete failure, but dinners are a struggle!
