2013 day 1

So I'm starting this year on the right foot. I had 3 weeks off sugar in December, then 5 days on (yay Christmas) and have been back off for 4 days (including today). I walked on Christmas day, yesterday and today. I know that's only 3 days of walking when I'd hoped for 4-6, but it's better than none! I'm down 4 pounds since I started again in December, which was only 4 weeks ago, so I'm ahead of schedule, even with the Christmas sugar detour. GO ME! I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but if I can keep this schedule, I might be back to my wedding weight by our 3rd anniversary (instead of the following month), and that would be really cool.

I'm also getting back to my plan of walking 5 days a week (planning for week days, specifically) and already have 2 in this week. I just need to take a walking break at work each of the remaining 3 work days this week and I'll be there. I'm starting this year healthy, already 4 weeks into my "resolutions" so that's good.
