First day to the rest of my life!

It has been a long-time coming. I have made an attempt here and there to rid myself of this weight but I always just stopped. I know a lot of the reasons stemmed from lack of support but I also think that I just had so much self-doubt. So, what is going to change things this time???? I don’t know but I need this change!
One day at a time starts now.
I have noticed that I am an emotional eater as well as I eat from plain boredom. I am not hungry – I just do. I need to address that and make healthier grab choices. So, realizing is part of the battle….right?

    There are lots of people on SP that can give you pointers. My advice is let go of any standard of perfection and start with eating less (1/3 to 1/2) and living as much as you can EVERY day. Track both in S P for your encouragement on the progress. Btw... I am still an emotional eater but I have been able to loose weight over time by being consistent with my efforts. You can succeed, too.

    I am a living witness that it can be done. sometimes We need to get out of our own way. I lost 83 pounds with Spark and gained it all back because of the issues of life. Except yourself for who you are but also strive to be the best You that you can be. emoticon emoticon emoticon
