I am saying my intentions rather than writing my resolutions. I have made small changes and remember that sometimes it is two steps forward and one step back. Sometimes it is four steps forward and sometimes it is standing still. And yes, there have been days when I go backwards but I am kinder to myself and more forgiving. Instead of planning to start tomorrow, I am taking small actions today.

2013 is a wonderful year for me! emoticon
