Sticking with Goals!

Doing good. Getting back on track with exercising. I did okay regarding food (healthy choices and portion control) over the holidays, but I really slacked on the exercise. Getting back into the habit of going to the gym regularly.

No real "new" New Year's Resolutions. Going to continue with my current goals for food and exercise and stick to my financial budget. Getting married in Sept 2013 - that is PLENTY of time to get into the shape I need to be in in order fit into my dress. Not sure how many pounds I need to lose, but I'm concentrating on just losing inches. Plenty of time. If I don't fit properly into that dress then it's my own darn fault. BUT I WILL fit into that dress - properly! emoticon
