I commit to sticking with my program in 2013

I commit to sticking with my program in 2013, I am still trying to figure out how to lose weight with my hypothyroid situation, since cutting calories and exercise is not doing it, but others have figured it out and I will too if I keep looking and keep trying.

What I promise and commit to, is to stick with my program and my goals, and to keep trying until I find the approach that works for me (and then stick with that program until I reach my goal weight).

    I will join you, though my only problem seems to be WFF (Weakness for Food). My best friend had the thyroid thing, and it took them almost 2.5 years to figure out just what would help. She has lost all her weight and kept it off now for probably 4 years. I hope you find what works for you soon. Good journey in 2013 to you.
