Dropped almost two pounds! I know, not a milestone but it's a start, right? My current goals is to continue to eat breakfast daily, not eat after 8:30 at night and start drinking more water. I hate drinking water, eck. So boring. But maybe I'll get used to it. Going to purge the house of any junk food and start getting my husband on board for support. He'll appreciate these changes to our menu when he begins to shed the weight too.
