It's a New Year!

Starting JM Shred again today. I have my own support system of real-life people, and the support of online people here on Sparkpeople. I can do this, I can do this! 20 minutes of ME time a day, plus focusing on walking as much as possible. I love my FitBit One and how my husband and I compete for steps.
