Planning Meals

I am going to try and start planning meals a little better. I have an e-meals subscription and absolutely love it! I just need to stick with it again. I think that I am going to use the Paleo meal plan as well as the vegetarian one. I have used the regular and the portion control before and loved them both but I think that it is time for a change.
