gr8 start 2 a new yr

Happy New Year everyone ive had a gr8 start to mine i feel blessed took the kids to the fun spot last night we played laser tag and roller skated i felt so much more balanced and agile as i went round and round this time last feb we went and i fell a few times gave up my weight wouldnt permit it this time smooth sailing not one fall it was a very gd priced package deal the kids behaved wonderfully i couldnt have asked for a better night one of us even got a chance in the money grab machine it was tons of fitness at the same time i weigh in on the first of every month i lost 10.4 pounds this month despite my set backs and 80 pounds since my journey began in july 2012 though i lost no inches on my waist i lost several inches between my hips arms and thighs and ive been working them triceps so hard i was completely satisfied ive had some miserable new years and i just feel incredible to b off to a gd start this year in a gd mood i really needed this Thank God this truly was what i needed to regain focus

    You can get this done if you focus on just one day at a time.

    Set daily goals and don't think about anything beyond that.

    Have a plan for when you feel cravings;Go brush your teeth, read success stories, set a timer for 30 minutes and hold off until then...what ever works for you.
    Meet the goals you set for yourself each day and the rest will just fall in place.
