Fast Forward in Slow Motion

Life can be crazy sometimes. But it is so worth living right now. I have a wonderful family that has loved me through ups and downs, good health and bad. Mostly bad. Sometimes I wonder where the good is and then I look around and see my family and realize I have to be healthy for me to eHappy New Year everyone. I have a hard time setting goals because I do not seem to achieve them.
My goals for the next 13 weeks to get back on track:
1. Drink 150 oz of water a day. (half my weight in water)
2. Use the gazelle for 30 minutes a day (unless I go to curves)
3. Start my 20/20/20 and build to 100/100/100
4. Lose 10 pounds.
All of that being said I may be scheduling a hysterectomy in my near future but I am hoping to put it off until after the BLC. Knowing I may have this surgery I need to lose some weight and get my blood pressure back under control before that happens. njoy them. So I am setting my goals for the next 13 weeks of the BLC. Durnign that time it will be setting my pattern for the rest of the year.
