Now if I can just get used to writing 2013 we will be good! Since I have been struggling a bit with motivation I decided I would let myself take "off" the remainder of December and try and relax as much as possible. I still ate ok, but I focused more on getting a few small things done around the house and such and made a mental contract with myself to hit the ground running again starting today. While I was off I didn't gain or lose anything so at least I kept my progress. I got my planner set up for the year, worked on homeschool lesson plans, sold some stuff on ebay, cleaned out a couple of areas of the house, read 5 books, set up my bible study reading plan for the year, etc.

So today I began with my new lists and jumped back in head first into my personal weight loss goals. Blogging daily is one of those goals so I'm hopefully able to stay on track with it, as it has been my key motivator I think. Seeing my words before me always makes me feel more accountable to myself.

So I've got dressed, had my daily spark (advocare), eaten breakfast, pulled out my planner with my day's list, and once I finish all my activities here on SP I'm off to do my bible study then start tackling what I set for my daily goals (finish laundry, get Christmas stuff into the attic, vacuum the living room, hit the treadmill, get some new listings up on ebay, print out new chore calendars for the kids, and set my menu board for January.
