Tuesday, January 01, 2013

I am half way through my challenge and here's my results:

Week 1: -1lb
Week 2: -.4 lbs
Week 3: -.6 lbs
Week 4: +.6 lbs (gained what I lost last week)
Week 5: -.4lbs
Week 6: -.6lb (155.4)
Week 7: +3lb (158.6)
Week 8: -3lbs (155.6) Glad that I got rid of what I gained last week
Week 9: -.4 (155.2)
Week 10: emoticon
Week 11: +2 ( 157.2)
Total: -.8

I am still down overall but not by much. I have been slacking. There is no way to sugar coat it. With the holidays and being sick in bed, I wasn't making good choices. I was eating emoticon emoticon emoticon and not doing enough of this emoticon emoticon emoticon

Well that all changes today.
The words of the day are PLAN and TRAIN. I am going to plan out my meals for the rest of the week and then get in a good workout. I need some serious calorie burn today!

Who's with me? emoticon

You go girl. Thank you for the added motivation. I was thinking that it will be great to completely nail down my job situation. I can then think through a good routine for me. But after reading your blog, I realize that is all wrong. I need to take advantage of the few days I have left and really get in some extra exercise (or at least some).
