I Lost It

Weigh-in today. Lost 2.6 lbs! Yippee! I don’t expect to do that every week but it was a great start. It will keep me motivated for this next week. If I can lose 1.5 lbs a week, I’ll be at my first goal by Feb 11.

Did a quick walk to the post box for 15 minutes of exercise.

Met Jaime today. She is Larry R’s step daughter, 51 yrs old, with MS. We were able to talk about our symptoms and what we’re doing to stay healthy and ‘normal.’ I think we’ll become good friends. She will bring her bike next time she comes for a visit and we can do one of the easier rides in the area. She sounded like she was interested in doing the same ride Greg, Debbie and I did yesterday. Her husband is a more hard core rider. Guess I’ll meet him another time.

We’ll be heading over to the Brown’s for New Year Eve dinner and party. Should be about 10 folks there.
