Thanks, Spark Friends and Happy New Year!

This is a new twist on the traditional New Year's Day/Kwanzaa Karamu meal, in keeping with my flexitarian commitment for 2013.

I wanted to thank MissLisa1973 for my 2012 challenge to walk 1,000 miles. It has changed the way I view the world!

Thanks also to Sharebear 1963 for showing the way to the Living Binge Free team and to Lookingup2012 for the WUB challenge that I plan to undertake for 2013. My goals for this week are:
1. Meditate for 10 minutes each day.
2. Write one page per day
3. Plan my meals for the week

Jenshawn gave me my fitness challenge: 22,000 fitness minutes for the year.

Finally, thanks to my cheering squad: Lily_Spark, Mom_Vicki, Millergirl719, Cindholm, Fangfacekitty, chriskenandkids, HKARLSSON, and Elayne39. You keep me inspired, motivated and entertained. You keep me on SparkPeople!
