Day 1: Davina McCall's 'My three 30 minute workouts' Pump
Day 2: Davina McCall's 'My three 30 minute workouts' Cardio Box
Day 3: Erin O'Brien's Postnatal Rescue, Progression 1
Day 4: Davina McCall's 'My three 30 minute workouts' Core Stability

I need to remember how great I feel straight after a workout, my back hurts less, I walk taller and want to eat better..Keep at it!
