5k Training: Week 0

Next Monday I am going to begin training for a 5k. Therefore, this week is going to be dedicated to doing research on running. What should I wear (hopefully my 4-year-old running shoes will do)? What is proper form? How should I stretch? What should I eat before/after? What type of cross training am I going to do? I'm excited to be getting so close to this next big commitment and goal.

    Great goal. You should check out SP's couch to 5k running program and they have some articles on proper form, eating etc. Good Luck. emoticon
