I had a few setbacks in the last months I gained back some weight. I know that I can take it off as long I remember to get my excercises and walking back on my daily goals. some family members aren't very supportive, and they make fun of what I'm trying to do. They say its a waste of time. The hardest part of this is planning healthy meals for myself, since they don't watch what they eat. emoticon

    Weaker people will try to sabotage your efforts to lose weight. You should try to sneak some healthy foods into their regular diets if you are the one always cooking. If they like beef, make some kabobs with veggies in between, make chili with turkey. Turkey sausage is delious, top a whole wheat pizza with it. Slip some squash into your spagetti sauce. The most important thing is to do what makes you feel good. If you don't take care of yourself, no one else will.

    Ouch. That is hard. Everyone in my family is a healthy weight and can pretty much eat whatever they want and not exercise and look fabulous. It certainly is harder without support.
