One Goal for 2013

I sat down to write out my new year's resolutions and found myself with only the following sentence: love with all my heart.
When it comes down to it, that's how I think: I'm fine with details, but I prefer the big picture.
Fitness-wise, if I love myself then I will take the best possible care of myself. Whether that translates into a lower bodyfat % by a certain date or not, I think it's the right way to approach things. If it doesn't feel right, if it creates unproductive inner dissonance, if it doesn't lead me to being the best me that I can be and to live in vibrant health...I'm just not interested.
Of course, this includes all of the small, manageable steps (tracking when I need to, sticking to my planned workouts, getting sleep, drinking water...), but they're all driven by - and measured by - this one big goal.
