Thank you to this amazing site and all my SP friends! I'm doing it! Tracking, drinking water, eating feggies and moving more! Putting it all together works!
It takes giving myself time to plan out my meals in advance choosing the healthy food instead of all the high calorie food. No, I don't go without those food but I am learning how to plan them in and track them.
I'm still a McDonalds frequent visitor
but I know what to eat "n" how to count it! I think that's one of the many reasons that I have been successful this time. I'm doing what I like to do and tracking it. I have other restaurants that I have configured nutritional facts for and do visit them also.
That is my life style and I knew I had to work it in. So I did and it's working and that makes me happy! But most of all a BIG
to my friends that motivate and inspire me.
