Today's Fitness - 30 minutes

I did the 10 minute video that I did yesterday, and I tried a 20 minute Yogilates video. I really liked the Yogilates, and discovered for a big girl that I'm pretty flexible. Exercise always seems so stressful, but I'm feeling very relaxed right now. I'm getting ready to have lunch, call in my insulin refills, and do some housework. Also need to take down Christmas decorations
