And with an open mind and heart, I welcome you - 2013!

PUMPED UP! FIRED UP! SUPER EXCITED! I'm super excited about the start of a New Year. I'm not going to dwell on it or discuss it anymore but 2012 has been a terribly difficult year for me, and I'm sooo ready to leave it behind and move forward. So without further delay, I am starting 2013 with a 15-day cleanse. Tonight I will be doing measurements with my sister – we are going to be working more closely together to find success! I'm really pumped for that! I will do new pictures also. I have purchased a new pair of GOAL jeans! I'm currently about a 36x34; I bough 32x34's! Look forward to fitting into those! I will be weighing in tomorrow and will be sure to post all my stats to start my year. My amazing hubby and I are treating ourselves to a vacation in April 2013 – 13 weeks away, or 92 days! We've never been away just the two of us for vacation, so I'm giddy about this! I am striving to see progress by the time we go! And so my food focus will be on clean eating and using myfitnesspal to maintain my daily calories (ellie1220). Tuesday's will be my time in the kitchen doing prep – the hubby works that evening, and the kids don't have activities. And for fitness I am starting Insanity – I've been thinking about this for far too long, and since the gym is going to be PACKED for the first few months of 2013 I figure what better time for a good at-home workout? The hubby and I are going to run The Color Run in Montreal in August 2013 as well! Woot! I can't wait for spring - I want to run again. My how I miss it!

Do you have your goals or resolutions set for 2013? Are you satisfied with 2012? Share your successes with me! They motivate and inspire so much!

Cheers!
Ellie.
