Why not start out the new year with my first blog entry. Here are my resolutions.

1. Continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Find an excercise that my daughter likes to do and is willing to do with me. Running was a bust but yoga has potential if I keep jillian michaels out of it.
3. Try morning workouts.
4. Continue my healthy eating habits while getting better at portion control and snacking so I can lose weight too.
5. Conquer healthy eating at my stepmoms. She is Paula Dean on crack with 20 snacks sitting out at any given time so this ones a biggee.
