Turbo FIRE Prep Schedule - Week 1 (12/31/12 - 1/6/13)

Monday - Fire 30 Class + Stretch 10 Class
Tuesday - Stretch 40 Class
Wednesday - Tone 30 Class
Thursday - Fire 45 EZ Class + Stretch 10 Class
Friday - Core 20 Class
Saturday - Active Rest
Sunday - Stretch 40

I have had Turbo FIRE for a while now. I started the program late last year but stopped when my field schedule got busy. I'm super excited to start. I need to shake things up and challenge myself and this program will do just that. I plan to set up a blog entry each week and update that entry as the week progresses.
