How Do I React to Setbacks?

I usually dig in and try harder. I do not like to admit to defeat. So I look at my "delayed" progress as a learning tool and dig in that much harder. That is what I am doing now. I went on vacation and put on 4 pounds. Now it is time to get back with the program and put forth a real effort. I am going to take a closer look at what my goals need to be and decide if I am willing to go there. I think I am. I need to quit making excuses and work harder on my portion control. So what if my dear hubby doesn't want to do this with me. I don't need to be sidetrack by what he is willing to do. This is about me and about how healthy I want to be. I know I can do it. I need to JUST DO IT!!
