Adding supplements- 1st day review

So today I'm doing well with the calories and watching what I put in my mouth.in addition to watching what I eat and exercising, I went to the vitamin shoppe and decided to add some supplements. I ended up with fish oil, CLA, and a super thermogenic called oxy elite pr. The fish oil and CLA I've been taking before but not regularly. Since they are recommended with the oxy I'm starting to take them according to the bottle. Today was my first day on the oxy and woahhhh buddy! Before i go into my review let you that I read a lot of great reviews and the lady who helped me swears by the stuff.The pros I've encountered are increase energy, significant appetite loss, fuller faster and all around peppy ness. The cons I'm sweating like bricks in the armpits, my nose feels like its running all the time, Im slightly jittery and a little light headed. Being that its the first day these symptoms seem to be normal. At only 2 pills a day it seems that this is the cocktail to put my weightloss into full gear. I'll review over time how the supplement is going, but I'm hoping to get the results others saw which is 2+ lbs of loss a week. Wish me luck. Has anyone else tried something that worked with diet and exercise?
