Last weeks goals and grades:
Walk on the treadmill everyday in the morning: F
Pilates everyday: B
Planks and Squats 3x a week minimum: C (skipped squats)
Physio Exercises every other day: C
Run twenty minutes 3x a week minimum: A
High Intensity walking 3x a week minimum: A
Arm strengthening exercises 3x of week minimum: A
Stretch after working out: B
Roll out muscles after working out:B
Ice muscles after working out:B
Tutorials everyday:F
Track calories and stay in the 1,800 - 2,000 calorie range, every single day: D

Reworking my goals for this week:

Walk on treadmill in the morning for 2x a week minimum

Pilates every other day

Planks and squats 3x a week with rest

Physio Exercises every other day

Run twenty minutes 3x a week minimum

Bike Intervals 3x a week minimum

High intensity walking 3x a week

Squats 3x a week

Stretch after working out

Roll muscles

Ice muscles

Tutorials 2x a week

Track calories

Stay within 1,800 to 2,000 calories every day (Except for cheat days)

Eat two salads a day

Eat one snack of celery and carrots a day

8 cups of water every day.

    And that is how to treat goals. They are not cast in concrete but are in front of us to measure out compliance, admit errors and re-tool as necessary.
