To yoga or not to yoga

I think I will just stick with walking on the treadmill today, I know it's working.
I got sad a few months ago when I went down to put my dvd in and it wouldn't work. It really threw me for a loop because I had it all planned out. I totally stopped trying after that because I couldn't get out of my mind what I thought I had to do. I am approaching it differently this time and just know I need to get down and get moving. I can do any number of things without using the dvd player.

I can't let such trivial things block me. That's my goal for this week NO EXCUSES!

    Anything you can do to move will help. emoticon

    I have 2 bad knees, so walking sometimes really hurts. One positive thing I did this year is take Pilates classes. I am now stronger than I have been in years. I swim, use the elliptical machines and stationary bike when my knees hurt. I lift some weights too.

    The most important thing I do is log everything I eat. When I log my food and exercise daily, I am most successful.
