My belly has set in like winter blues

My hubby calls me tela tubby, ask if I'm training secretly for a suma wrestler job and reminds me there is way to much junk food in this house. Then he buys me three boxes of different chocolates for Christmas.. What is a fat chick to do???? I love food and food loves my belly and hips..
I've gotten in the I don't care rut and it shows. I said last summer I wouldn't buy any clothes till I lost weight.. oh well I got 2x again this Christmas. Crazy when you have spark training, spark knowledge and spark friends.. yet the vicious cycle continues..
Kudo's to ya'll that are doing it.. I can't put any actions to my wants yet..and lets face it only action is gonna make any difference.. I need to dust off my spark videos and my eleptical..soon before my only want is to just give up on everything and anything.

Losing weight has been the hardest thing I think I have ever done. Temptations are everywhere and your own body goes to war against you wanting more and more of the worst of foods. It makes me feel so sad for you when you say your own husband calls you names and makes fun of you. That just makes it so much harder. But all I can say as encouragement is don't give up! It is possible. Every day is another day to start OVER. and sometimes it is a matter of starting over and over and over and over.

The bible says we become slaves to sin and I literally think thats what happens. The desires of the flesh (for food) become dominant and enslave us. We literally see no way out! But there is a way out. Sometimes it is a long arduous journey but I pray God gives you strength and endurance and hope. I have lost about 45 lbs so far and it has taken me about 3 years to do it. It is possible. Keep looking to Christ who gives us strength!
