Flushing out the water weight!

I've been eating as low sodium as I can the last two days, with tons of fresh fruits and veggies and tea and water....and after "gaining" 10 pounds between 12/23 and 12/27....I am now back down over 7 of those pounds. In two days.


Water retention is so bizarre.

But that's one reason I always like weighing myself daily - I get reassurance a little more quickly after gaining some holiday bloat from eating different/higher sodium foods. Meaning that I don't have to wait a whole week to see that the weigh did, in fact, come right back off and that it was therefore just fluid. :)

And now it's BACK to visiting family and dealing with birthday (for my sister) and New Year's parties! So....some of those water pounds will go right back on. Oh well. 'Tis the season...
