Enemies to Friends

Up until recently, I had enemies. Their name was 'normal-sized bath towels'. Normal-sized bath towels and I hated each other. I hated the way they would barely cover my ample bottom, and they would harass me by falling off at inopportune times. Wherever I would travel, I would bring a bath sheet with me, so I would feel comfortable.
Here's something you need to know about me:
I HATE GETTING DRESSED IN THE BATHROOM.
I mean HATE. I will do whatever I can to avoid it. After a shower, I like to wrap up in a towel over my hair and one over my body, slip on my terry bath robe and just relax until I'm dry. My showers are usually short so this is my relaxation time. I hate trying to tug on underwear and bras when my skin is still damp. So I don't.
Just now, as I was getting out of the shower and I wrapped my bath sheet around me, I realized something. Not only was this bath sheet HUGE, but when I was at my Mom's I used a regular sized towel and felt comfortable enough in it to walk from the bathroom to the bedroom. It covered all my bits! No longer do I have to travel with a bath sheet taking up 1/4 of my suitcase. I can now fill that space with more clothes, because I'm SMALLER!
On a side note, I tried to track my sleep with my new FitBit last night. It fell out of the wrist strap at some point and I found it on the floor in the morning. Not sure when it fell out, but I'm going to try again tonight.
The FitBit did eventually register the flight of stairs I climbed yesterday, it just took a while!
I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
