14 days ago today I decided to blog daily, no matter what. I'm 2 weeks into my new habit, and I have to say I look forward to it in the mornings, and during the day I think about the things I can blog the next day.

Hubby and I went out to dinner last night, and I am proud to say that I looked up the nutritional information for the restaurant, decided what I was going to have AND STUCK TO IT WHEN I ORDERED!!!!! That is HUGE for me. Usually I change my mind because something looks good or sounds good. I am so excited that I was so in control last night. I had a wonderful meal, that was very satisfying, and I enjoyed every bite.

Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water - 80 yesterday emoticon
~ 10,000 steps - 10k yesterday emoticon
~ 25 flights of stairs (this seems like a lot but I only use the upstairs bathroom at home, and that helps alot!) 25 yesterday emoticon
~ journal every bite
~ smile at least once an hour
~ earn 75 Sparkpoints emoticon
~color my hair (working on that now)
~ work on menu planning for the next 2 weeks
~ grocery list based on menu
~ grocery shopping
~ play outside in the snow with my granddaughter - make a snowman emoticon
~ Floor exercises emoticon
~ 20 min on elliptical during dgd's nap time emoticon
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff
