1/4 c. egg substitute
1/3 c. fresh steamed spinach
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced baby bella mushroom
1 slice Kraft 2% American cheese
108g clementine
1 c. 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
