Just mindfully crunch and munch

And set your fat free!

In 2013, I resolve to…

1. Eat out less
2. Cut out the alcohol
3. Don't let the stress derail me
4. Make better choices when I eat out
5. Continue to exercise regularly (at least 60 minutes 4 - 5 times a week)
6. Push myself
