Looking to the New Year.... And the Healthy Life i am starting to live. This holiday has been hard... Normally i would just eat and eat. Now i still had sweets but i made sure i didnt over due it and made sure to keep moving although i havent been to the gym i have been doing Just Dance w my girls, walking in the stores alot, doing cleaning and dishes and cooking. I need to make up w some exercise so that i can keep my Streak of Weeks being Down at TOPS. Right now i am at 9 weeks. So i have the weekend off i am gonna work my buns off....
Lets start the New Year off w a healthy bang.... And set some gd realistic goals! Anyone care to join me in a Challenge? 10 pounds by Feb. 28th.... Any takers?
