So since I'm off from school I will try to get in some extra exercise classes. I did pretty good this week I have a bikini partner and she is encouraging me to attend classes and if i feel the need to have bad food i can just text her and talk to her. I did have a bad food day waaaaaay too many sweets I'm usually good at turning down food but I just went crazy with the sweets and cheese. This week's weigh in will be bad but I'll take responsibility and I don't need tomwait till new year's to get on track I can just start now no problem. I'm grateful for the information i aquired when i decided to have a more healthy lifestyle i really see thing differently and i'm grateful for all the support and information i've received on that note happy new year next goal 150 by my birthday in april LETS DOOOOOO IT
