Made it through another week!!! This is the first time I have worked out four days in the same week since before Thanksgiving. Now that the Holidays are almost over, I can get back into the grind of working out 4-5 times per week. Beginning next week, I will hit the abdominal workouts harder since that still seems to be the area I struggle with the most. Here is a summary of tonight's workout:

I completed and tracked 1 cardio exercise and 8 strength exercises at - 15 minutes Elliptical Machine, 243 calories burned; Calf Raises on Step, Seated Row Machine, Seated Triceps Extension Machine, Pushups, Traditional Lat Pulldown Machine, Stretching / Flexibility Training (general), Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Triceps Rows with Band
