Additions to my 2013 Fitness & Health Bucket List

I got this idea from a fellow Sparker (Thanks STILLWATERSSB)! I thought she had such a good idea that I wanted to add an addendum to my 2013 Fitness & Health Bucket List. She used the alphabet to come up with goals for 2013. So, here's my list:

A: Attitude is everything (Having the right attitude about my fitness & health)
B: Back on Track
C: Celebrate Small Victories
D: Define myself
E: Eating Clean
F: Finish what I start
G: Goal Evaluation--Monthly basis
H: Hydration
I: It's up to me!
J: Journal
K: Keep it simple, Stevie!
L: Look forward to my progress
M: Maximize my workouts
N: New Workouts (Starting with JNL Fusion in February)
O: Organize my meal plan weekly
P: Protein (90-100 gram intake)
Q: Quarterly detox/cleanses
R: Rest (7-8 hours per night)
S: Stay focused & motivated
T: Track my food
U: Use Scriptures to get me through 2013
V: Veggies (Increase intake)
W: Walk a mile daily
X: eXcel at what I do
Y: You are worth the effort!
Z: Zig-Zag my calories (Calories will be within 1200-1600)

January Goals:
1. Track my food in Sparkpeople
2. Daily Mile Challenge
3. Detox/Cleanse
4. 30 minute Workouts, since I'm dextoxing
5. Journaling to help reduce any stress, instead of mindless eating
