I am embarased when I have been gone so long and gain weight,,,but I know many of you are in the same boat. I have taken the challenge to reduce my sugar intake. I have found out I want to eat sweets when I am angry or stressed. That's pretty dumb. It pnly hurts me..not the one I am angry with, emoticon
I am in a stressful situation right now but food is not what I need, I will just chill out and trust God to be my strength.
