Climbing back on the saddle

What I am learning about trying to live a healthier life, is that being prepared plays a big part in my success or lack there of. My plan for this week is to do all of my grocery shopping Sunday and cook my main meals for the week. If I go head and cook my proteins then I can mix and match my veggies and snacks for the rest of this week. Since it has gotten a little chilly, I am going to make a soup.

Has anyone out there found any recipes on this site that they love? I am open to suggests, especially when it comes to dessert, which is my major weakness.
