For 2013...

About a month ago I began planning for 2013. This time last year I made a race calendar and I really enjoyed the races I did and looking back at the end of 2012 at all I've accomplished. So I began compiling my plan for this year. it's broken down by month and each month has a list of possible races some of which are set in stone and some aren't. Some I'll do by myself and some with others. I'm excited and ready to begin!

My plan also includes some ideas for a monthly focus area. For example, in January I'm going to work on only one processed or sugar item a day. 1 item = 1 serving. I'm testing it out this week to see how I feel. Other months may include 30 days of yoga, appreciation focus etc. I'm going to choose those as I go along.

And yesterday I added one more part to the plan. I've chosen a word for the year - HAPPY. I'm going to work on choosing happy, seeing the happy, working toward happy and everything else I can think of that ties in. Here are a couple of links to where I got the idea:
