How to beat the winter blues.

1. exercise - will be doing
2. healthy diet - will be doing
3. get some sun - while outdoors walking, and planned trip south in February
4. act on your resolutions - the only one I make every year is to get healthy, which I'll be working towards
5. avoid binge drinking - not a drinker so doesn't apply to me
6. treat yourself - my trip south is my big treat
7. relax - will definitely be working on this one
8. embrace the season - I'm not a sports person, especially winter sports, enjoy watching it but not participating
9. get social support - this is something I have a lot of
10. catch some Zzzz's - no problem, I enjoy my sleep and the occasional nap
