Christmas Report

Wednesday, December 26, 2012

I am not doing a daily breakdown of Christmas Eve and Christmas.
I had a wonderful time with my family.
I had several food indulgences but no binges. I did not exercise those two days but I was on my feet all day on Christmas Eve because I cooked the feast and did the dishes. (sister was sick and Mom has bad back so no help, but really it was ok)
I have a stocking full of candy to give away as soon as I get a chance, because ther is no changing that tradition in my Family.

I managed to leave without the usual ton of sweets and leftovers being packed into a bag. My Mom kept trying (have some pie, take the cookies, don't you want the mac & cheese?)but I took only a small slice of apple cake, an orange and a sandwich made of some of the leftover beef.

Wednesday Morning Surprise: Back down to 180! YAY!!!!

Not out of the woods yet because I still have several friends, etc who want me to come share a meal this week/weekend.
New Year's is next on the Horizon.

Going to keep up with my current strategy of trying to fit in exercises and making semi-reasonable choices.

I hope everyone had a fantastic Holiday!

Now back to work (grumble)

Sounds like you had a wonderful holiday - congrats on giving away the candy as quick as possible. Keep up the exercise and (lol) semi-reasonable choices and you will likely be in great shape for the New Year!
