Day 25-Merry Christmas!

Had a great day today hanging with family. I also made a huge breakthrough. I ran 20 consecutive minutes on the treadmill! Getting closer and closer to running my treadmill 5k then taking it outside:-) Not feeling a bit guilty for my meal last night!

I was letting my family know I'm on a program and sharing my successes. Come to find out my brother started a little workout routine as well.

I've lost 6 lbs this month. My goal was 10 lbs. However I would be thrilled with 8 so I have 6 more days to lose 2 lbs! I can do it! I can do it!

    10 pounds in your first month would be great. Just remember that that rate will drop. And a pound a week average is a good sustainable rate.
