Totally lost control

Monday, December 24, 2012

Over the past few weeks I have totally lost the plot with regard to eating and exercising so have lots to do to make up for my self neglect. One big bit of news is I joined a Qi Gong class which is absolutely awesome and I realise all the ancient cultures including my own knew all the answers pity they weren't able to get everyone reading off the same page. But we all have our own journeys to make so such as Qi Gong has remained the domain of the few dedicated & chosen. Thanks to technology it's gone worldwide so is readily available to anyone whose interested. My friend from Wales visited and I took her to the class and she couldn't believe how close it is to where I live. This is something else I've only recently discovered but which has been operating for 2 years! How blind can some of us get!! Now I am kinda stressing out as I have a lot of cooking to do and don't know where to begin first. Got some of the dinner prepared and in the background I have Aaran Neville's christmas songs playing. Must be on my way. Am still fit climbing slopes I once avoided or needed to stop to catch my breath.

Me too!!! Shall we try to motivate each other in the new year? I just need to eat less, nice food was meant to be eaten, just not in gargantuan quantities! emoticon

We all lose control at times. But the important thing is realizing it, not beating ourselves up about it, get back on track and continuing. Healthy living is a life-long journey not a one-time thing.
Don't beat yourself up! emoticon emoticon
