I think I'm going to stop updating this blog, or at least not specifically keep up with it.
However, I do still need to get fit. I ordered a new fitbit (and I'm slowly giving them to friends and family as gift, to increase the network I am competing with ;), I'm going to engage in what I think of as "interval sprinting lite," and I'm doing the 100 pushups program. Did you know there's an app for that now? Which is good, because I can use the reminders and logging and all that.
I feel like I've recently gone from 'not that fit' to the slippery slope where I no longer have easy access to the energy and strength to get fit or maintain even a low level of fitness. This seems like a manageable way to shift the direction of the tide.
I've also been taking small doses of liquid melatonin, in the ongoing science experiment that is my sleep schedule. So I'm no longer sleep deprived all the time.
So anyway. Onward and upward!
