Crash and No Burn

It started innocently enough. I forgot to bring my day's measured food to work so not only did I have to seek something healthy, but I had to guess how much.
Dried apricots and pistachios for breakfast. Fiber, protein, carbs... It's all good.
Then it went bad. I was making up sample trays for customers.... I had to sample the dips, the tortilla chips, and Hawaiian Bread, right? Can't let the customers try it without assuring the quality of the product.
Hubby took me out to lunch, it wasn't fast food. Looking at the menu, I zeroed in on.... The Patty Melt, with fries and chicken Noodle soup. I didn't eat the fries.... Well not all of them!
Got home and needed a nap! Is it any wonder?
Dinner consisted of triscuits, lowfat cheese sticks, dried apricots. Desert? A piece of fudge and two sugar cookies.
Back to the couch. No energy. Is it any wonder.
I'm not beating myself up, not fitting in my clothes will take care of that. 2,600 calories of refined, high carb, high fat, low fiber and protein.
I think I will just log in, spin the wheel, finish this blog and go to bed before I do anymore damage. Tomorrow is another day.
