Day 21-C2K workout and then some!

Tonight I pushed through my workout. Went to the gym for the treadmill to do my C2K program. It felt really good knowing I'm running 5 minutes at a time and not needing too much time to recover.

For me this is definite progress to be proud of. Last year I started to run and hated it ( I don't use that word too often). Now I'm really starting to enjoy it and how good I feel sweating away and running longer and longer each session.

Not only did I finish Week 5 Day 2 of C2K but pushed through for 15 more minutes. The last two minutes I really dug deep and ran the fastest!

Woo Hoo!

Weigh in tomorrow...hoping to be down by 2lbs or more.
