Week 1/Not what I expected, but I refuse to call it a bust

Ok, so I was all gung ho and ready to go...and then life kicked in. This week was a challenge. I had 2 school papers due this week , overtime at work and the holiday blues. So instead of being gung ho, it ended up being more like ho gung. With that being said, I did achieve some of my goals. I met my water intake goals AND I managed to take a walk every day.

The week is not over and I'm ready to get back on track. My goal is to stick with my program even through the holidays AND do a better job of tracking.

Anywho, I hope that all is well with you... emoticon and emoticon

    Here's what I try and pass on to new members...It's not about being perfect, it's about being better than yesterday. So the little slip ups here and there are going to happen, it's part of being human =] As long as you're continuing to improve, it'll always be a step in the right direction.

    Give yourself credit for the things you did well. You will get back on track. You can do it ;)
