All the things on here are a little overwhelming, but I am sure I will find the things easier in a week or 2! Just kind of looking everything over today, and I must say I do like the website tremendously, especially the free part! I am at 182 today, and ready to start seeing some of these pounds disappear! I would love to be back at 135, a weight I haven't seen in about 5 years. But tomorrow is my official date that I plan to watch what I eat and such. I am going for a walk today though. Since I am only about 3 1/2 weeks postpartum, I will walk for a couple of weeks everyday and then hopefully start jogging when I am 6 weeks postpartum. Got to start somewhere right? I didn't exercise during pregnancy, so needless to say, I am way out of shape! Wish me luck!
